Mostly WTNP because people watch that show more than the other shows.
Why is identifying an effective number of security people and ushers critical for your stadium to operate smoothly?
Because fans will switch spots and throw trash if there out of control, the staff is what controls them, so you need the right amount of security and ushers in each section so you get everything under control and have a good game.
Media planning is so important because no one would know about your football team if you don't advertise. Also by using more then one communication like internet, radio, cable T.V., and so one the more people will know about your team.
ReplyDeleteAlso finding the right number of security and ushers is very critical because if you don't have enough security people do what they want.
It is important for out team because without media planning, we wouldn't have ways to get our team out there for people to see, and if we don't, then there is no point in even having your own franchise.
ReplyDeleteI'll probably end up using the TV because if i were to use a commercial for mine, then many people that watch that channel would be able to see my commercial and what my franchise is like to possibly get someone interested in going to the event.
Because if something were to happen like what happened in that youtube video, there could've been MORE fines
If you did not do any media planning for your team then people would not know about your business, so they couldn't give you money.

When hiring ushers and security it is important to not only be able to control your fans but also not over hiring so you do not pay more then you need.

ReplyDeleteMedia planning is very important because without media planning, people wouldn't know about the franchise and obviously, the franchise would have less profit since very few people are aware of the team.

I am planning on using website, radio and television. I would create a team website that would have all the different information about the franchise. For radio, i would use the most popular radio station in the city and use it to advertise my franchise. I would probably advertise between 4 till 10 pm because people are coming home from work and people are most likely to turn on their radio. I would also use television as a form of media to advertise. My team advertisement will broadcast on late local news channels because most of the people in the city watch local news. (For example KWWL)

It's important because if you don't have enough security guards and ushers, people wouldn't be able to control themselves and they would throw trash on the field.

ReplyDelete2.I am planning on using T.V. channels such as ESPN,NBC,ABC because these are typical tv stations that sports followers watch.
3. You need an effective number of security members and ushers so things dont get thrown on the field which is a fine by the league, so people dont move down to better seats because then your ticket value goes down, and help direct people to find their seats.

ReplyDeleteYou have to get your name out in public, but you have to be smart about it; you need to plan out what you are going to do. If you don't know what the people are looking at, listening to (etc.) the most, then you are going to waste money.

I'm not sure of the exact stations (etc) from virtual sports franchise, I believe that there were four types of media, and three sections of each. At least one section out of three of the four types of media, had a section that was more popular with the target market. The fourth type had one section with a little bit more, but was not enough to invest in. I am planning on investing in the three "sections" that are the most popular (will reach the most people), and I will decide how much to invest by how popular they are.

You want to find the number that is enough to control the fans; so that they don't throw things, move to better seats etc., but isn't to high of a number for their salaries. You want to find the smallest number that can help you do the greatest good for your franchise.

3. Because getting enough security and ushers will create less problems and the fans wont steal money from you by getting better seats. The security will help so there wont be fights or trash on the field so there won't be any fines.

3)It's critical so people don't come and mess up everything you've worked so hard for just because they want cheaper seats. You have the ushers and sucurity people there to protect something that you put a lot of time into.

We plan on using the most popular station/company from each of the categories (radio, internet, the 2 TV)

If you don't have enough then people could get rowdy or move to better seats, thus causing the franchise to lose money and if you have too many then you'll be paying people that probably won't be doing anything.
